The Position: We’re looking for a Bulk Milk Tanker Driver to haul "permeate". A premium of $2.50 per hour is paid to haul "permeate". Hourly pay starts at $22.73 per hour. Mileage starts at $0.29 per km where applicable. These rates increase after 3 months of employment to $23.79 per hour and $0.315 per km respectively.

Requirements:

· Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.

· Detail oriented.

· Class 1 drivers license to operate and drive a tractor tanker.

· Flexible schedule.

· Super B Experience preferred.

· Experience hauling unstable loads.

· Must pass a company driving test and medical.

· Ability to keep accurate records.

· Ability to deal professionally with all management, peers and customers.

· Excellent attendance, dependability and work records along with clean work habits.

Responsibilities:

· Must be willing to become a Milk Grader (Training will be provided).

· Rotate shifts with other drivers including evenings and weekends.

· Operating a tractor with tanker.

· Loading and unloading bulk milk in a safe, professional manner.

· Take pride in what you do.

· Conduct activities in accordance with the Dairy Industry Act and Regulation, as well as, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

· Performing the role in a respectful manner towards customers, other drivers, the public and management.

· Report any complaints to a supervisor.
