We have an opening for a Fuels & Equipment Installer to serve our growing customer base with Francis Fuels (a division of MacEwen Petroleum Inc.).
The position involves both delivering fuel and associated products and installing equipment on customer sites. During the winter months, this role is focused on safely and efficiently delivering fuel and associated products to customers. During the summer months, this role focuses on installing equipment at customer sites.
This full-time permanent position is based out of our Minden division and will be working regular day shifts, including occasional evenings and weekends.

In this role you will:
Tank and Equipment Installation:
- Deliver, install and set up customer tanks, pumps, etc. (as required).
- Ensure all installations meet applicable codes.
Tank and Equipment Maintenance:
- Identify, document, and report any equipment deficiencies.
- Repair loaned equipment, diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions and produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Maintain records of customer-loaned equipment and ensure that the office is updated about it accurately & timely.
- Promptly respond to service calls.
Fuel Delivery Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe loading of fuels onto the delivery truck.
- Ensure the accurate and safe delivery of fuels and petroleum products to customers.
- Ensure accurate recording of product delivery, maintenance of logbooks, delivery reports, and fuel tickets.
- Adhere to all legal and company regulations affecting the operation of motor vehicles.
- Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of the truck (inside and out), uniform, and work locations.
- Assist with the delivery of lubricants and other products and equipment, when required.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma required.
- DZ certification is required.
- PM3, PM4, or PMH license is considered desirable.
- Minimum 3 years post-certification driving is required.
- Forklift experience is desirable.
- Experience driving liquid bulk is desirable.
- Mechanical aptitude is required.
- Must always present a professional image.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to participate in training is essential.
- Demonstrates a safety-first approach to the role
- Ability to work autonomously and responsibly.
- Ability and willingness to work in all-weather situations.
- Must always conform to the requirements of Ministry of Transportation regulations.
- Ability to lift to 100 pounds; position requires frequent bending and moving heavy loads.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, on occasion.
- Out-of-town travel may be required.
